2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tech Media Campaign will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur through the use of our services.

5. Campaign Information & Responsibility

Before running any campaign, please make sure to review and understand all the details carefully. If you start a campaign without proper knowledge or with any doubts, Tech Media Campaign will not be responsible for any issues that may arise.

All campaigns we provide are sourced through deals with third-party advertisers, companies, or agencies. Final confirmation and tracking are always subject to the respective advertiser’s system. Payments will only be processed if and when the advertiser confirms valid tracking and completion.

If you participate in or share a campaign from any third-party app or platform, please review their Terms & Conditions carefully. Tech Media Campaign does not take responsibility for any issues related to third-party apps, as we only act as a distributor of campaigns provided by companies, agencies, and advertisers.

Any kind of fraudulent activity, misuse, or attempt to cheat the company will result in immediate action, and Tech Media Campaign reserves the full right to take legal action against such activities.

6. Cashback Terms

• All offers, Campaigns are valid only once per user, UPI ID, IP address, and device.
• Multiple registrations using the same user identity, device, IP address, or similar-looking usernames, email IDs, and mobile numbers are strictly prohibited and will not be eligible for cashback.
• Only real Indian mobile numbers and valid email IDs must be used to register in the app. Fake, temporary, or promotional numbers/emails are not allowed.
• Cashback will be approved and credited only after complete confirmation of the transaction tracking from our end.
• Even if the user completes the task, the cashback will be provided only when we receive official tracking confirmation from the concerned agency, advertiser, company, or partner associated with the campaign.
• If any fraudulent, misleading, or suspicious activity is detected (including fake installs, emulators, VPN usage, or artificial engagement), the cashback will be permanently rejected without further notice.
• We reserve the full right to deny or cancel cashback at any stage if any unusual or non-genuine behavior is observed during verification or tracking.
• If a user claims or receives cashback through unfair or deceptive means, we reserve the right to take strict legal action and/or demand a refund of the cashback amount already paid. In such cases, a penalty of ₹10,000 INR plus the full campaign loss amount will also be imposed.
• All campaigns promoted here are owned by third-party apps, websites, or platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or any loss caused by them. Please read and follow their own terms and conditions before participating. We hold zero liability regarding external campaign platforms.
• By submitting or participating in this offer, the user agrees to all the above terms and gives full consent to our policies regarding fraud prevention, tracking-based validation, and dispute handling.

7. Custom Domain Responsibility

We provide users the option to connect their own custom domains for accessing or promoting campaigns. Please note that once a custom domain is connected, the user is fully responsible for the content, modifications, and activities performed on that domain.

Tech Media Campaign will not be held liable for any issues, damages, fraudulent activities, misleading information, or policy violations arising from content changes or modifications made by the user on their connected custom domain. Our responsibility is strictly limited to providing the campaign system, tracking mechanism, and related services under our official domains (Techmediacampaign.com and Techmediacampaign.in).

Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation carried out using a custom-connected domain shall be the sole responsibility of the user who owns or manages that domain. Tech Media Campaign reserves the right to suspend services or take legal action in case of detected violations.

8. Refund, Cancellation & Recovery Policy

At Tech Media Campaign, all cashback and payments are performance-based and depend on successful tracking confirmation from our advertisers, agencies, or partners. Therefore, we follow a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.

1. Refund Policy

Cashback or payments are issued only after verified confirmation of valid transactions. If tracking is not confirmed, or the advertiser marks the activity as invalid, no cashback or refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Since cashback is based on third-party advertiser validation, all payments made or processed are considered final once approved. Refunds are not applicable for any successfully processed cashback or payout.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a campaign or cashback transaction is initiated and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or withdrawn by the user. Users are requested to review campaign details carefully before participation. Any request for cancellation after submission will not be accepted.

Tech Media Campaign reserves the right to cancel a campaign, payment, or user account if fraudulent, invalid, or suspicious activity is detected during verification or tracking.

3. Recovery Policy

If a cashback or payment has already been made to a user and later found to be obtained through fraudulent, misleading, or non-genuine activities, Tech Media Campaign reserves full rights to recover the paid amount.

• Recovery may be done by deducting from future payouts or balances due to the user.
• Tech Media Campaign may initiate a direct chargeback or demand repayment from the user.
• Legal action may be taken for fraudulent activities, and a penalty of ₹10,000 plus campaign loss amount may be imposed.

The company also reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate the user’s account and blacklist them from future campaigns in case of fraudulent or non-genuine behavior.

We do not operate or authorize any other websites, domains, or platforms. Any other website or source claiming to represent Tech Media Campaign should be considered fraudulent and will not be covered under our responsibility or liability.
